*IF YOU PURCHASED YOUR PHOTTIX PRODUCT FROM A DEALER, PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THEIR RETURN POLICY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE FROM OTHER SOURCES.

If you need to return your Phottix US order, we're here to help. You have 15 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.

In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@phottixus.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Domestic Return Process

Please log into your Phottix US Account page. Once logged in, click on Return Items? for the order that you wish to return.
Fill out the provided form; be sure to select the quantity of items that are being returned and then submit your request.
Within 24 hours, a return shipping label and further instructions will be will be emailed to you from orders@macgroupus.com.
Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

International Return Process

Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
